All client data is treated under strict non-disclosure terms. Patient files are stored on secure local servers and accessed only by authorized clinical staff assigned to your care plan. Physical records are kept confidential at all times.

03 Shared Information Limits

We do not sell, rent, or lease patient data to third parties. Medical records are shared exclusively with your primary treating surgeons, physicians, and specialists to ensure continuous and coordinated treatment.

04 Patient Rights and Choice

Patients or their legally appointed representatives have the right to access, inspect, modify, or request deletion of their personal logs and medical service summaries held by Faith Nursing at any point.

Legal Information

Terms & Conditions

Last updated: July 2, 2026. These terms govern the concierge care services provided by Faith Nursing.

01 Service Provision Agreement

Faith Nursing provides private, non-emergency home health care, rehabilitation support, and hotel recovery suites. Our clinical activities are strictly aligned with and directed by the instructions of your licensed primary physicians.

02 Scheduling and Modifications

To maintain proper nurse rotations and logistical preparation, service schedules, bookings, or cancellations must be communicated at least 24 prior to the scheduled shift. Failure to do so may incur preparation costs.

03 Professional Safety and Respect

Our nurses and therapists are registered healthcare professionals. We hold a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, hostile work environments, or unsafe residential settings. Safe, clean, and cooperative settings are mandatory.

04 Emergency Coordination

Private nursing services do not constitute or replace active ambulance or emergency hospital services. In the event of a sudden, life-threatening clinical decline, emergency response teams and municipal services will be called immediately.
